  Inline banner for admins (closed-tab recovery): Stripe webhook fired
  and Intelligence persisted a PendingStudioActivation, but Studio
  never saw the activate redirect (user closed the tab mid-payment or
  the success_url didn't fire). Single click runs the recovery flow —
  Studio's /recover/ endpoint pulls the session_id from Intelligence
  and walks the two-phase activation. The playground below stays
  faded but interactive (preview mode) until the recovery completes.
